Our origin story
Lyle Contracting Solutions LLC was founded to revolutionize a construction industry often plagued by budget overruns and delays. Specializing in metal stud framing, drywall, and acoustic ceiling tile, the company aimed to redefine standards through cutting-edge techniques, technology, and professionalism. By prioritizing customer satisfaction and forging lasting industry relationships, Lyle Contracting Solutions became a trusted name, consistently delivering exceptional results while staying ahead of industry trends.

The Founder
Josh Lyle P.E.
LEED AP – President & CEO
A graduate from the United States Air Force Academy with a B.S. in Civil Engineering, Josh served as a civil engineering officer in the Air Force overseeing construction planning and execution. In 2006, he started his career with Rodgers Builders where he had been the lead project manager on 15 major commercial projects, totaling over $185M. These projects include an Orchid Conservatory, a high school, a college dormitory, a county arrest processing center, a medical office building, an arena upfit, a continuing care retirement community, and numerous healthcare projects involving expansions and renovations.
In 2017, he founded Lyle Contracting Solutions Inc with the sincere belief that a contracting company could be built on the idea of consistency and professionalism. Within its first year, the company surpassed $1 million in revenue and $4 million in awarded projects – and has only continued to grow since. Unlike many other companies in his industry; Josh has embraced social media, technology, and an elevated level of professionalism as a means of securing new business, recruiting top-level talent, and educating folks in the construction space about innovative installation practices.
